Training Registration & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Registration

Registration for an EAST training program is confirmed once the required registration process and payment conditions have been completed.

Places may be limited depending on the nature and capacity of the training.

EAST reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided during registration is inaccurate.

2.2 Cancellation by the participant

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the training program.

The specific cancellation conditions applicable to a program will be communicated during the registration process and/or stated on the relevant registration page.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@eastmha.com.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation conditions communicated for the relevant program.
  • Bank charges or transaction fees, where applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Failure to attend a training without prior notice does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.


2.3 Transfer of registration

Where permitted by the specific program, a participant may request to transfer their place to another eligible healthcare professional.

Any transfer must be approved by EAST before the training begins.

2.4 Changes or cancellation by EAST

EAST reserves the right to modify dates, program details, faculty or other arrangements when necessary.

If EAST cancels a training program, registered participants will be informed and the applicable options regarding postponement, transfer or refund will be communicated.

E-learning Terms

3.1 Course access

Access to an EAST e-learning course is personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred, sold or shared with another person.

Login credentials must be kept confidential.


3.2 Educational content

E-learning courses may include videos, presentations, documents, clinical cases and other educational materials.

Course content is provided for educational purposes and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, copied, published or commercially reused without prior written authorization from EAST or the relevant rights holder.


3.3 Course availability

The duration and conditions of access to an online course depend on the specific course purchased or provided.

The applicable access period will be communicated with the course information.


3.4 E-learning refunds

Where an e-learning course is purchased online, the applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before purchase and will take into account the nature of digital content and whether access to the course has begun.

The information provided through EAST courses, workshops, e-learning programs, presentations, videos and other educational materials is intended for educational purposes.

Participation in an EAST training program does not, by itself, grant a practitioner authorization, qualification or legal right to perform a medical procedure.

Photography & Audiovisual Recording

EAST may photograph or record certain training sessions, workshops, events and educational activities for institutional, educational and communication purposes.

Participants will be informed of photography or audiovisual recording arrangements where applicable, and any required consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, the EAST name, logo, website content, educational materials, texts, photographs, videos, graphics and other materials made available through EAST remain the property of EAST or their respective rights holders.
